I have a lot of expenses last several months. Therefore I am in a big debts and I can not make my mortgage payment on time. What should I do? I do not want to lose a house. If someone has a similar problems that I am having at the moment please give me any kind of advices regarding the matter.
I did not have the problem that you are facing now but I do know something about that. I can suggest you to contact your lender as soon as possible in order to avoid foreclosure. If you explain your problem to them in a straight and argumentative fashion they will probably find the way to help you and postpone the payment. Also you have to explain that the trouble you are having is going to be temporally. Of course you will probably have to pay a extra amount of money for the delay. You wont lose your house but still if you do not find the right solution with lenders you should contact housing counseling agency.
