What is an employment contract ?

I have recently started thinking about a new business. I have accumulated some of the money over the years and such an investment seems pretty good. However, I do not have much experience and I would like to know more about an employment contract. If anyone could help me, that would be great. Thanks in advance.

| When starting a new business, you are sure to face with many risks. That is why virtually every owner tries to get immediately some sort of coverage. There are other things you must be careful about and an employment contract is one of the key things. It is a contract between you and your employee. You must be sure that it will be fair and acceptable over a longer period, so that you avoid constant searching for new workers. There you have to state all the financial aspects of a work buy the particular employee, and you should not hide anything related to his or her earnings. |
