| I was thinking about a buying a new house. My wife is expecting baby and we want to move to a better neighborhood, so we can provide the best conditions to our child. This is our first time that we must bring this decision, because we have been living with my parents. That is one of the reason I was considering getting a cashback mortgage. Can you tell me more about this type of mortgages? |

| To my opinion cash back mortgages could be useful to you, since you are first time buyer. You would be in a position to cover some costs, but the problem is that repayment rates are higher. And since your wife is expecting baby, you will be needed all the money you can get. This type of mortgages offer you cash in the certain percent of the mortgage amount. Perhaps you should think about talking to a financial adviser about all the options you have. |
