Are there any seasoned stock exchange traders on here? If so, I would appreciate hearing some advice from you all. I know that there is some popular trading strategy that is referred to as the TAA strategy. Could you tell me what this is, and what this approximately involves? Thank you in advance.

The TAA strategy is an active trading strategy. It stands for Tactical Asset Collection which speaks for itself, basically. The trader carefully hand picks the stock in their portfolio, with an active hand and not passively watching how damage is done, or potential profits left unrealized. I hope this helps.
