| Hello people. I would like to get myself a new house. The thing is that I am doing this for the first time and I don’t know much about property purchase. I found the perfect place for me, so I would like to know what is my next step with house buying? Thank you for your posts. Bye! |

| Hello hello! after you find the right property for you, you start the process of conveyance. What is it for? Conveyance is the process of transferring the property which is the object of transaction from seller to buyer. You should hire a solicitor or conveyancer, because it can be a long and complicated process. Solicitors will make a contract, exchange them, and determine the date for the completion for the process. After that, property is officially yours. You may need to give some money in advance. Usually it is about 10% of the price. That way, seller is secured that you are going to buy a place. That would be all from me. I wish you all the best. Bye! |
