Can you help me answer a question perhaps? I am new here, and hope that we will see each other again in the future. I have come across the word turnover in the world of economy several times, and I am wondering what this means. I can guess but I am not certain, so if you could clarify this, it would be great.

The word turnover can have several meanings. When it comes to accounting for example, turnover refers to the amount of times an asset is replaced in a certain time, whereas it refers to the amount of traded shares on the stock market. What's more, it can also refer to employment turnover.
