What is the perfect market view showing to us?

| I am sorry people, I am still at college and have to get some information about market conditions. Right now I am struggling to find out what the perfect market view is and what this perfect market view is showing to us. If you have time to comment, that would be great. |

| Hi, I will try to give you a hand. The perfect market view is a view of decisions of dividend policy of a company. The perfect market view shows that under certain conditions - a perfect capital market environment - dividend policy is in fact irrelevant. I hope that that is a satisfying answer? |
