| I have a question about retirement. Namely, I want to know what my options are concerning pension plan. What is the relation of PBO and a pension plan? I really don’t know what I can expect and how to start this process and it would be great if you could help me a bit with it. I’m exploring my option and so far I don’t have a clue. |

| Let’s see. PBO is an acronym for Projected Benefit Obligation which is a kind of benefit retirement plan and I think that its relation with pension plan is very obvious. PBO is actually a kind of benefit plan which is arranged by some large companies for their employees and some state and governmental institution. There are also institutions which are dealing with pensions and they are like Social Security and something similar. You should see what your company offers as a retirement plan and I think that PBO option is a good way of solving retirement. Some people are not keen on this way but I think that it offers enough reliability for older days. |
