| Hello there everybody. My name is Carlos and I would like to ask you something about security trade. I am new in the world of investors so there are plenty of things I have yet to learn. I am interested in a slippage. What kind of difference is slippage? Can you tell me something about it? Thank you. |

| Hello to you too Carlos. Well, investing is not an easy thing and there are lots of things that you need to master in, in order to succeed. But I believe that you will manage to do that as the time goes by. Now, slippage is connected to futures contract transactions. It is a difference between planned transaction costs and real transaction costs. There are many factors which influence slippage. Some of those are market, liquidity and similar. Usually slippage is decreased by method called algorithmic trading. Basically, that is all I can tell you about this. That would be all. Good bye! |
