Hi to you all. Is there anyone here who is still awake at this hour, like me? If so, please help me to urgently find the answer to a question - I need to find out what kind of institutions can issue federal agency securities. If you have the answer, then please drop me a line. I would be very grateful.

Such federal securities can be issued only by "arms" of the United States government - institutions or companies created with this purpose in mind. These institutions exist in all states all over the country, although they tend to take different forms depending on the circumstances. Does that answer your question?
