What of an LLC doing business without an FBNS?

| Hi you all! I am looking into the various business set ups. Since I don't have a FBNS, what am I allowed to do? Some of my friends suggested an LLC as the best form of incorporation. Is that allowed under the circustances? I could do with some suggestions! This is urgent. Many thanks. |

| I am sorry mate, but I think I can't help you with this one! I am familiar with many acronyms. But I have never heard of this one in my life! What is it? Please explain this to me... I have started to get very curious. I even looked it up on the web but got nowhere! Please clarify. |
