| My boss said last week that he is not interested in retail banking, while he was talking over the phone and I have, normally, became interested in that term, because I’ve heard it for the first time in my life, actually. Well, can you explain to me the meaning of retail banking? Is that some kind of special service, or is there a group of specific banking institutions, what was he talking about? |

| Actually, it is quite the opposite. And it is not some specific group of banks, it is just “banking for masses”. So, I guess that, when you are depositing money into your personal account, or writing checks, or getting mortgages, when you are using your debit or credit card, than you are also dealing with retail banking. That would mean that your boss was, most probably, talking about his business accounts… or maybe he got that phone call from one of those boring, pushy banks… |
