What's a career development loan?

| In my mother’s office came this news, she’s curious about that, but also a bit frightened. It looks like they’ll have to go on some classes, in order to learn to work in some program. She is totally confused, she’s been working there for ages and now they are expecting her to change everything... anyway, my question is about this loan, they said that people are going to have to educate for themselves, and they mentioned career development loan. What is that? |

| Career development loan is going to help your mother to get those lessons and to start working in that program, progress is a great thing, but I think that her company can’t force her to do that, they should finance her loan! I know that today it’s quite often thing, people must follow technology, but this seems awfully unfair to me. She should complain. |
