What's the next step when mortgage offer arrives?

| We are deciding to take a mortgage for our first home. We even talked to some mortgage brokers. And now we are waiting for a mortgage offer to arrive due to our wishes and possibilities. What would be our next step then? Give us some advice, we really need it now. |

| Well the “fun” starts when you see those offers. Then you have to decide how much money you can put down, how big loan you are taking, on how many years, the amount of payments, interest rates, taxes and so on. Use some of debt calculators on the web. Those offers will give you a whole different picture. You’ll see. |
