Unless you consider sending cash in an envelope as a money transfer method, I would say that most ways of transfer are very safe indeed. The question is how urgent the money you want to send needs to arrive. Bank to bank transfers can take a week or so, while the quickest way - INSTANT transfer - achieved with Western Union is much more expensive. You decide.
