Perhaps you should look into the benefits of an S Corp. Of course, incorporating your business creates a seperate legal entity, switching the responsibility from your personal self to your company. I am sure that this is what you have in mind when you say you want to incorporate! Just look into the eaxt situation - as in some cases, people running a part time interent business on their own are still legally responsible. It is probably best to talk to a good lawyer.
