| Hello people! I am the sole owner and employee of an internet business. The business is still relatively new, but I have to say that I am pleased with the achieved results. I am now considering incorporating. Can you help me? What do I need to know about incorporating? Would you advise me to go ahead? |

| Perhaps you should look into the benefits of an S Corp. Of course, incorporating your business creates a seperate legal entity, switching the responsibility from your personal self to your company. I am sure that this is what you have in mind when you say you want to incorporate! Just look into the eaxt situation - as in some cases, people running a part time interent business on their own are still legally responsible. It is probably best to talk to a good lawyer. |
