| My dad told me that I should hire financial planner. I disagree with him, but it’s his company and I have to obey. It is kind of frustrating, having obligation to follow instructions all the time, but I have to do this until he passes the entire management into my hands. Since I have no experience with choosing staff, what should I know about my financial planner before hiring him? |

| I think that your father only means what’s best for the company. He would do nothing that might jeopardize it, I am pretty sure about this. Maybe you are still in need to learn some things from him, doing everything on your own is not a solution. You should check this guy’s background to see if there were any charges against him, he should be totally clean and reliable person if you ask me for an opinion. |
