What to ask when viewing a house?

| I am about to see my potential new house. The agency just called me and I am a little worried. What to expect? What to ask viewing a house? Should I ask who is the owner? And what about the price, should I try to get a better deal or my agent will do that for me? |

| I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t let anything go just like that. Take a close look at every corner of the house. How good is it built, in what kind of state it is and how old is it. The roof is very important, windows, doors and heating. The owner is a true picture of its home, pay attention to that. And of course fight for a better price! |
