| Yesterday I received a note in which I was refused a mortgage! I just can’t think of a simple reason for that. I know for sure that my payments were always on time. I’ve never missed any since I’m extremely strict about finances. What is more, a financial advisor assured me that I was a reliable client and that I had great chances of having my mortgage approved. He said that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. So I didn’t. And now? What am I supposed to do about it? |

| This really isn’t nice news. Especially, after you passed the whole procedure. I’m in the business and know that there are cases in which a loan isn’t granted. We pay a lot of attention to your credit files and all financial transaction that you have ever conducted. Perhaps your security assets didn’t suit the amount of money you asked for. Sorry but that’s how things work. However, if your application gets refused, you can always try out some other agencies. I think you should ask for a specialist who can help you rebuild your credit file so that this wouldn’t happen in the future. It’s a simple procedure which would take a bit of your time because it’s very important to find the reasons for you |

these things happen sometimes. it's too bad that it happened to you. well, you can always re-apply or appeal to them why they refused your mortgage. good luck.
