| Hi, I would appreciate if someone could help me solve my problem. It is concerning endowments. I had problems with my policy. My friend told me that I have grounds for complaint. That is why I would like to know what I should do with my endowment complaint. Any advice is useful. Thank you. |

| Hello, you should file the complaint as soon as possible. You do not want to be late, there are strict time limits rules. You should complain to the firm that sold you the policy and see what they will do about it. If you do not get the answer you want then you should hire a solicitor and ask for his assistance on this matter. Perhaps the best solution is ombudsman service. |
