| Before I managed to gather the money for buying the house I was thinking that this would be the hardest part. Now, when I have the money all I have to do is just find the house. But, this is not easy at all. There are so many houses too look and so many options. Every estate agent is telling me that his house is the best but I'm hardly noticing any difference. I would really use some advice. I'm a first time home buyer and I don't know anything about what should I consider. Could you please tell me what to look for when I'm buying the house? |

| Finding a perfect house for you is maybe even harder than to collect enough money for buying it. That is way many people choose to take an estate agent which should do all the hard work for them. Because estate agents are not very trusted, more and more people like you are deciding to buy a perfect home by themselves. When you look at the money that you save if you buy a house on your own you will realize that this is a smart move. There are many things that should be considered before buying a house. Maybe the most important is the location of the house. You can live with almost every imperfection in a home as long as you love your neighborhood. You can change almost everything else but you can't change your neighbors. Always look that the house is near your work, this will save you a lot of time. About the inside, you should check are there any major cracks in the walls. This could be the sign of subsidence. It is also very important for the house to have central heating. This will save you a lot of money later. |
