What type of loan I should apply for?

| If I am thinking about mortgage loan, what kind of a loan I should be applying to make sure that I get a good one? I am not afraid to get denied for a loan because my credit record is clean and I am sure that I will have no problem with this, but I don’t know what type of loan to ask? |

| If you are thinking about mortgage loan then you should be thinking about secured loan and nothing less then that. I know that you might consider unsecured loan as well, but this is not something that you should go for at all. This is what I would do if I was in your place. Secured loans are the only ones that are suppose to go with mortgage rates. No mortgage is possible to get with out security and this is why I think that nothing else but secured loan is what you should be thinking about. But you should have a final say on this that is for sure. |
