What would be a perfect loan?
I am planning to collect money for building my own house here in Minnesota, United States. I am thinking to apply for a loan at the local bank. Since I am not so much into loans and stuff it would be great if people form the forum share their experience and give answers about what would be a perfect loan. Anything would do: thanks in advance

| Hi to you to. I am also planning to submit an application for a loan. That means that both of us are in the same boat. I also do not have any sufficient knowledge in that area but I have been consulting few experts in the recent period. They say that there is no perfect loan. Not now, not ever. The thing is that you first have to take into consideration every possible aspect of your financial ability. You have to count all your advantages and disadvantages. In accordance to all that facts, you should choose the perfect loan for you. So, let say, you have few valuable properties and you have steady income, I am sure that you wont be having a problem choosing the right one for you with all benefits that it includes. Another vital point that you have to take into consideration is the fact that there are plenty of bogus loans offered by credit repair companies. Beware of them. Cheers. |
