What would you advise young couple on house buying?

| My girlfriend and I have been thinking about buying a house together. We saw a beautiful house near our rented apartment. The price is very good. Still I have some reservations about it. What would you advise us as a young couple on house buying? Feel free to write downy anything you think about it. Thank you. |

| Hello, buying a house together is huge step in your relationship. I do not want you to think that I am judging you it is just my personal opinion about it. You have to be sure that you are ready for it. Talk with your girlfriend about your plans for future and decide whether the buying a house is a good decision. |
