I’m selling stuff on eBay for almost two years, and almost every customer was very satisfied. I'm quite good at what I do and never had any complaints. Now I have a problem with the buyer who months his money back. I’m not sure what to do, just ignore him or give him a refund?

I’m sure that you already know that many people buy stuff from someone who has positive feedbacks from his buyers. If I were you I would think about this problem too, you might get negative feedback from him.It is possible that your item was not as good as you told your buyer. If this is the case it is better to give him his money back. You should try to talk to him, maybe you can explain that he received exactly what he wanted and that it is his fault for thinking that item was in better condition. Also, if he paid it for something that's too expensive you might consider the idea of partial refund. This can make both of you happy.

Buyer can refund when he found that products that he buy are defective. Then he can return the products to supplier and refund his money.
