Last couple of months my wife and I have been experiencing serious financial problems. She lost her job and she had troubles in finding a new one. I have debts problems and I honestly have no idea how to solve them. I am scared that I would have to go to court. Do you know what happens if the court gets involved in your debts problems?

Luckily I never had serious financial problems, so I do not have any experience with the court of law when it comes to debts. I really do not know what could happen. That depends on how bad is your financial situation. I advise you to hire a lawyer and to consult with him what you should do. You do not want to go in jail.
