When did you manage to finish your student loan payments?

Hi. I am nearing the time I will graduate from university. At a rate directly proportitional to that point, I am starting to worry about many things. One of the major ones is the start of making repayments on my student loan. I hate the thought of having to cope with debt. How did you cope with this? When did you finish paying off your student loan? I am hoping for some reactions here...  |

| Dear lonely heart! The average student debt when leaving university is 20,000. If you are yourself a student, this won't feel unfamiliar to you. Paying off such a huge amount can be daunting of course. Make sure you are always paying on time. And whenever you get any extra money, deposit it into the loan. Remember you can pay of part of all of the loan whenever you want or can. |
