I was reading something about bonds and I god stacked when I came to the phrase containing “de minimis tax rule”. Do you know, perhaps, when do I have to pay de minimis tax rule? I am not familiar with Latin phrases so I would appreciate some more accurate explanation than what I am ready to assume.

It should not be hard to guess, I think that it has something to do with bonds and capital gains tax, and “de minimus” is, actually, signifying something minimal, something that you can consider really small, or at least “the smallest”. Well, try to connect things, what can I tell you. Or, maybe somebody will explain this to you in plain words. better than I do.
