| My husband and I are preparing to open a small online shop. Now we are investigating what is the common practice in running online business. One of the things that have been bothering me is when should we refund a buyer. Can you tell me what you think about it? |

| On my opinion it all depends from the rename that you want to create for your firm. If you choose the practice of always refunding, a buyer may improve impressions that he or she has formed about your firm. On the other hand this decision could increase the cost of running your firm. So you will have to see what your priorities are. It is up to you to decide. |
