When is a loan best answer?

| When a person thinks reasonable, he will always come to conclusion that the loan is the last and the worst option, yet so many people are getting them. What’s the catch? What seems to be that great opportunity that people see when getting a loan? When is a loan best answer? I watch people losing all that they ever had just because they took a loan which they are not able to pay back... Why is this happening so often? |

| People are easy to cheat, and if they are desperate, they are in position to believe that miracle is going to strike them just by accident... That’s not happening rather often, don’t you think? On the other side, not all loans are so bad, some of them are true opportunity, you just need to be able to recognize a cheat and to see the difference when comparing to a real chance. |
