| My filed of interest is bridge financing. I have heard about this term not so long ago and I made a mistake not to ask what this term really is all about. Maybe you will have some time to make this thing more clearly to me in some sense. Maybe we should start with this question. When is bridge financing used? |

| This is a type of finance plan that you should be thinking about when you have some regular payment to make and you are not able to do them in a prescribed time frame. This is when you use bridge finance that will help you not to loose what ever you have in your possession and you need to make regular monthly payments for it. Of course this is not only about something that you need to pay on a monthly bases, you can also use bridge financing for any kind of money problems that are happening on a regular time periods and which you have money and you just have some time discrepancy as well. |
