When is the best time to be selling a house?

| Hi. I already know I want to sell my house in the UK some time in the future. This is because I am planning to move to the USA in the long term as my boyfriend is from there, and he already has a house there so I dont need to worry about that either. The only question is when to make this move. What is the best time to sell? |

| The best time to sell is when you can get the maximum profits on your property. If property prices are on the way up, and have been going up for a while, that is the time. You cant predict when the market will take a dive again. Selling property is like a gamble not fruit machines though but something more intelligent like Black Jack. If you understand the game, you can win. |
