| I am hoping to get your advice! I know that there are quite a few people here who know all about mortgages, and this is exactly what I have a question about. I have bought my house at a relatively low price, before the housing market went crazy, and I am now thinking that I could remortgage and fee up some cash. When is the right time for remortgaging? |

| The reason you are mentioning seems like a rather poor one. You do not remortgage because you want to go on a spending spree. At least, not if you have any common sense! Thank God that you have a small mortgage. Perhaps you could pay it off early and enjoy being the outright owner of your house. Now, that sounds like a sound decision! |
