When was the Bankruptcy Reform Act made?

| Hello, last year I had to declare bankruptcy. I tried every other possible option to fix the problem but I could not do it anything. It was too late. I felt that people were looking me differently. Perhaps I was imagining but that was what I felt. That is one of the reasons I would like to know when was the Bankruptcy Reform Act made. |

| The Bankruptcy Reform Act was made in the end of the 19th century. But then it had a different name. I think it was called Nelson act. I think that this act suffer some changing in the end of the eighties. There are plenty more information on the internet if you are interested in reading about this. |
