| Dear everyone. I know that there are quite a few people hanging around on this forum who have more experience than I do in matters such as these. My house is currently on the market. I am totally unhappy with my estate agent and their way of doing business. I don't really feel like going into detail right now, but I suspect their practices are outright illegal. I am not sure what to do about it though! Are you? |

| Hi! Many people do run into problems with estate agents. This can be a terrible set back at the already difficult time of selling your house, or indeed buying a property. You could go to the police of course, if you really think that they are breaking the law. Or alternatively you could perhaps pop by the Citizens' Advice Bureau. I have used them in the past and I find they are always extremely useful. The ombudsman is also there to help you. |
