| My wife and I have two children and we are considering the idea of getting a life insurance. We wouldn’t like our children to be left without anything in case something happens to us. But, our main problem is that we simply can’t afford it now. We would like an advice on what to do: should we sacrifice big part of our budget or not? |

| I don’t think that situation is that serious as you presented it. If you shop around you’ll see that there are many low cost life insurance policies, and that it won’t take all your money from your pockets. It is good to think about your children’s future and you should gather all necessary information to be able to obtain favorable life insurance. If you are healthy, non smoker and non drinker, your premiums won’t be that large. There is also possibility of obtaining term life insurance, which is the cheapest, but I wouldn’t recommend it. It is better to invest now in your children’s future than regret it when it’s too late. |
