I have started my contracting company a year ago. My position at that moment was like yours. I didn't have any money and I was sure that would change if I could just find enough money for the startup. You have couple of options in front of you. Best option will be to lend the money from friends or family members. It will be the surest way for you. If you can't find anybody close that will lend you the money then you must go to the bank and talk with their advisors. They will explain you all the options you have based on your assets. You can choose one that suits you the most. Of course, there are always private lenders and they will most surly give you the needed money. However, if I were you I will avoid them. You should avoid potential problems when you see it.
