| Now that the Euro is a major world currency (THE major world currency?), what role do you think the US Dollar still has on the world market? Are the bad-weather forecasters right, and will the American dream end in disaster? Or will the dollar makes it recovery and win back its place in the global economy? Where do you think the dollar is heading? |

| I am convinced that the future of the Dollar is bleak. To illustrate this, look at the fact that Dubai recently dropped the Dollar - their currency the Dinar had for a long time been connected to it. This had however started to cost Dubai a great deal of money. Imports are really expensive, while their income was coming in in ever more worthless Dollars. This meant an enormous inflation rate and an unhappy population. So for them, the time came to cut the ties, and free their currency. Who will be next? |
