I was thinking to buy a property in some attractive area where there is a lot of tourism, but I am still double minding about should I buy a property in urban or rural area... I’m planning to buy a great building, since I have large resources to do that, but I can’t tell where it would bring me more profit. Probably it is an urban area, but it costs more, I would appreciate your thoughts on this.....

I would definitely choose rural areas. Out of the season you would be out of the business, but during the season it can bring you so much profit that you couldn’t spend it up until the next one. Anyway, like you’ve said, it costs less, taxes are lower, and it’s easier to keep; only there is this issue of supplying but, when you find a proper way, that is not going to be problem, at all.

I prefer rural area. Because rural areas generally have less pollution, less crime, and less stress than urban areas. Rural recreation areas have grown rapidly in recent years, and recreation and tourism development has become a popular vehicle for rural economic development. That benefits you..
