| I have recently wanted to sell a house. I will be moving to another area of the town because of my work and I could also use some extra money. However, I would like to get an advice about what is my house really worth. Unfortunately, I do not know where to do that, so if anyone could tell me, that would be great. Thanks in advance. |

Price of a house is really something which can vary primarily considering the demands of those who are searching for a house. It could be that sometimes you area is simply not appealing enough to the potential buyers. There are other objective factors, as well. In order to get an advice, you can go to real estate agency. The first thing you can do, however, is to go to several places on the net, where you can get general starting information. For example, go to http://realtytimes.com/rtcpages/
20060301_homevalue.htm. Also, you may go to http://realestate.yahoo.com/Homevalues/
How_to_Value_a_House.html. I hope you will find it helpful. Best of luck. |
