Hello forum participants. Do you know anything about a global fund? I am trying to learn more about this fund, such as which countries take part in it and in which ways. Are there any specific obligations that arise from being members of the fund? Any information would be welcome.

Are you talking about the global fund for Aids, Tuberculosis and Malaria perhaps? The fund is a partnership between different organizations and governments on every level, and most of the funding comes from governments and from private donations. Of course, once a government joins, donations are expected. They don't operate programs directly, but rather act as a financial instrument.
