Which jobs do you finish around the house/flat before selling?

| I have recently started thinking about selling my property. I would benefit from getting some extra money. However, I would like to know which jobs I need to finish around the house before selling? If anyone could tell me, that would be great. Thanks in advance, I really appreciate it. |

| Selling a house is very important task, and very responsible indeed. You also have to be aware that it is also very delicate for the buyer. You need to take care of all the paperwork. If you had mortgage be sure you settled it. If you did not, be sure to notify your byers. Also, you should definitely renovate it if it has not been renovated for a long time. It does take more money out of pocket. However, you should not be sorry for that. It can only raise the price of your house and make it more attractive. It can, in other words, benefit only you. Best of luck with selling. |
