| My brother has been working in accompany for ten years. His wife even decides to buy the shares in his firm. Now the company has been experiencing serious problems. That is why I would like to know which part of corporation assets belongs to shareholders? Do you have any knowledge about this matter? |

| Hi, when it comes to this matter I have to admit that I am completely in the dark. Since the corporation is obviously having a problem I think that your brother and his wife have to ask for legal consulting as soon as possible. They should hire a lawyer and inform more about their options and best ways to deal with the present situation. |
