| I am about to start the preparation for entering a first small business of my own. I have read some articles and introductions about such projects, informed myself about it with several of my friends. Most of the time I have stumbled upon a term business plan. I suppose it is very important, but I would like to know who is it meant for, or, in other words, who uses it? Thanks for the help. |

| It is not strange that you have heard so many times about business plan. I also understand why you have such questions about it. You should know that business plan is probably the most important aspect of every plan for starting a business, big or small. The success of a company largely depends on a well-conceived, well-written and well-executed business plan. In it, there are various expenditures and profits over a certain period of time listed, calculated and described. Essentially, you, the owner, are the one who will be using it right from the start. In fact, you will not be able to start without it. I suggest, thus, you do not try writing it on your own, but use experts in this field. Hope this helps. |
