| Hello. I have a question about company bonuses, especially Xmas bonus. I’m working at a company with HR manager who constantly rewards same people. I’m getting tired of it, but I can’t talk to anyone about it. Now I wonder who decides if someone is entitled to a Xmas bonus? |

| Things are not that simple as you think. Although you think that your HR manager likes some people better, it is simply possible that they are doing better job than the rest of you. The amount of every bonus is usually decided on a higher level and your HR manager simply does his job by entitling some of you to a bonus. However, Xmas bonus is something everyone receives in almost every company, so you don’t have to worry about it. The board of directors will decide the amount appropriate, and every employee of the firm will receive it. |
