As the owner and single employee of an S Corp I am liable to pay estimated taxes. The S Corp is a fairly recent development and to be honest with you I hope I am not making too many mistakes on the way to profit! I heard of the option of paying the estimated taxes quarterly. I am entitled to that? Who pays these taxes quarterly? Thanks for your help guys!

If you have to pay estimated taxes, you yourself decide how often you want to do this. Personally I pay them monthly. I find that this works out much better for me. Although the amount is of course the same, these bite size portions are easier to pay. You can sort this out with the tax office. There are some forms you will have to complete to make the change and that is all - as easy as ABC!
