| I have been planning to start a business and I expect to get a pretty good profit from it. I will be mostly in trading and I seek to assure the best possible position. Now, I would like to know who is and who can be decision-maker in a company. If anyone could help that would be great. |

| Running any kind of business is never easy, and part of it is making a sound financial plan. Now, knowing about taxes you need to pay is equally important. Gross margin is another notion crucial to your complete understanding of a business. It is a measure of success. To be successful, you can absolutely use any means at your disposal and having a decision-maker is absolutely crucial. It can be any person of trust - an owner, an executive or someone similar in high positions. It looks like a great assignment but it is really not as fun as it sounds. Anyone with proper skills can become one, but the responsibility is tremendous. |
