| I’ve been meaning to ask you this question for a long time but I didn’t have time to think about the question. I am interested to hear more about US banks and who monitors international operations of US banks. Do you have some ideas regarding this topic? What can you tell me, that sounds at least a bit interesting? I’m having some theories of my own… |

| I am not sure who are you willing to blame and are you talking about some great world scam. There is nothing mystic with this question I’d say, but if you have something potentially interesting to add I’d recommend you to do that directly, not many people are going to listen to you this way. I actually know some people who would be interested in this topic. |
