Hi, I am little bit embarrass but I need to admit that this is the first time I have learned that taxes are different in nonrecourse loans. Honestly I had no idea that this is true. I guess that shows how much I know about this matter. I can only recommend you that you speak with someone who has experience with this matter.

I know that there is a huge different with taxes in a nonreocrse loan with the taxes in a different types of loans. But, unfortunately I cannot explain this matter to you. I do not have enough knowledge to give the right explanation, and I o not want to make the situation even worse with giving you poor one.

I think that the main reason why taxes are different in nonrecoursed loan is the fact that when you apply for this loan you as a loaner have no personal liability. I think that this fact has the biggest influence on tax matter. Still, I agree that the bets thing you can do is to speak with an expert.
